To give you a joyful experience while providing timeless imagery

My Mission

We want to create a fun, relaxing experience for you and your loved ones. Whether you have little ones that like to wiggle and never hold still, gathering your extended family together for the first time in 10 years or just wanting some intimate moments captured with you and your spouse, we want to prioritize your desires and make your job a breeze through this experience. I understand the investment, time and effort put into each moment and I never want to take that for granted.

Meet Lydia

I started this little business of mine when I was 16 and God has truly blessed me through this process and grown me in ways I never could have imagined. Now in my 20s, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Marrying my best friend and amazing husband, Kurtis in the fall of 2024, and soaking up all the little joys of marriage and spending every waking moment with my best friend is a gift I do not take for granted. Living in the same town that we both grew up in, we have an incredible community of family and friends that surround us everyday and we could not be more thankful for each of them.

Over the past year, I took a much needed break from photography and many other responsibilities in my life as my health was declining dangerously & quickly. Being diagnosed since a kid with auto immune illnesses, it has always been a battle to stay healthy and strong. Over the course of the years 2023-2024, the Lord made it very clear that I needed to pull back and focus on my health and simplify the priorities in my own life. Although this was a difficult decision, I received the healing and help that I desperately needed. Now with regaining my health back little by little each day, we are taking a refresh on this small business of mine and I could not be more grateful for this opportunity again! I am thrilled to explore new adventures, fresh ways of creating content for my beautiful clients and meeting new friends!

Let’s create some beautiful & timeless images that you can treasure!

A few things about me

Ministry

Ever since I can remember, I have always been involved in some kind of ministry. Growing up in my home church I often assisted in helping with Sunday School lessons for the littles, nursery for the babies, Wednesday church classes for elementary, leading in worship and honestly volunteering anywhere I could! During my childhood, I grew a lot through a discipleship program for girls where I eventually became a small group leader and assisted wherever was needed. My husband, Kurtis grew up very involved in Bible Quizzing so most recently we are excited to help in this program together in 2025! Ministry fills my heart to the brim and will always be near and dear to my heart!

Gardening & Plants

Although I love plants and am fascinated by how to grow things, I would not say I know all the things about gardening (believe me - I have far much more to learn!), but a few friends of mine inspired me over the years to try to grow indoor plants and I have been loving it ever since. From growing spider plants to reproducing coleus plants, it has been become a deep love of mine to pass the time, destress and enjoy nature in this way. Someday, I aspire to have a pretty garden filled with all the goodies!

Baking with my husband

Food has always been a bit of a tricky thing for me. Growing up with countless allergies developed from my auto immune illnesses, food sometimes became a chore. However, after 12 years of trial and error, food sensitivities changing and exploring every random flour and sweetener that I could stomach, food has actually become one of my and my husband’s favorite things to do to pass the time. Particularly baking! Although I may have paved the path for my husband on some of the basics of what I can bake with, he has taken it and exceeded all my expectations for what my “baking treats” could taste like! So far, he has created the most amazing cinnamon rolls and pumpkin pie that I could never attempt and I am beyond impressed. Next recipe on the list to conquer are biscuits!
